Management
1. If you are using an image/photo as a background please make sure your image/photo has enough resolution. Otherwise, the image/photo will be stretched too much fit in the entire poster area, resulting a poor quality of background. This is also true for some logos, please make sure your logo has high enough resolution for printing out area. See the following link for some logo samples,

2. If you are using Apple/Mac machines to make posters, please check the file type to Mac when you order your poster. We will use Mac machine to print your poster out. We recommend you use PC machine as much as you can due to the better reliability of printing quality. It will also be a good idea to convert any Mac file to PDF file to print so you are sure what you see is what you get.
3. Very occasionally, some graphics with PNG format are not interpreted correctly during the printing process so we recommend you to use JPEG/TIFF/GIF format for any pictures.
4. Please avoid using some strange fonts in your poster file, like some fonts only for foreign language. Our computer is US English system so it may interpret the font incorrectly.
5. Very occasionally character "/" or "-" is interpreted incorrectly so please reduce the usage of these characters.
